AP Exam Registration & Payment Information
Step 1: Join your teacher's AP Classroom
- All students will be able to join an AP Classroom on the College Board MyAP website where they can access College Board provided course resources and materials, as well as an individualized performance dashboard.
- Teachers will be able to use the resources in MyAP Classroom for assignments, classroom activities, tests, quizzes, and more.
- Students will log into the MyAP website using their College Board account credentials and join their AP Classrooms with the JOIN CODE (access code) that will be distributed by their teacher.
Step 2: Activate exam on MyAP
- Once students have joined the class on MyAP, they will indicate if they plan to take the AP exam for that class. To indicate YES, click on the yellow box that says "Register for Exam" and confirm your response. The deadline to confirm your response via MyAP is September 19, 2025.
- AP exams are optional. Students must indicate YES to take the exam, and payment must be received by the deadlines indicated.
Step 3: Submit exam deposit
- The cost per exam is $107.
- Students who have an active exam in the MyAP system as of September 19, 2025, will receive an invoice via email from APTS. An invoice will be emailed to the parent email address associated with the student's College Board account. A $53 deposit must be paid by November 3, 2025. The remaining balance is due by February 13, 2026.
