• William Schuchard served as the executive secretary of the Utica Area Chamber of Commerce for 11 years after his retirement from Chrysler Corp. He helped to organize the Utica 150th anniversary Celebration in 1967. He also supported numerous Utica Community Schools and community service projects, such as establishing a park on Van Dyke and Clinton River and arranging a fund to help erect a community sign on Van Dyke near Clinton River.
