Shelby Junior High Wildcat R.O.A.R. Code of Conduct - This positive behavior support component focuses on teaching students Respect, Organization, Achievement, and Responsibility. Acknowledging students who are following the ROAR code along with weekly drawings for incentives will encourage kids to make good choices.

Stand Up – The Shelby Junior High anti-bullying initiative focuses on the bystanders. We are teaching appropriate skills for witnesses (bystanders) to stand up for targets through positive de-escalation and communication techniques. We are encouraging all students to Stand Up and do the right thing.
