• Frank E. Jeannette was a Judge of the Macomb County Circuit Court and a former Mount Clemens city judge. He was very active in many fraternal, civic and charitable organizations. He held leadership positions with many organizations including the Warren Symphony, the Macomb Arts Council, The Mount Clemens Goodfellows and the East Detroit Kiwanis Club.

    Jeannette Junior High School was opened in 1981.
